Our team will help you negotiate the permit requirement for your discharge and weed out the unnecessary requirements to keep the permit costs to a minimum.
Our team will perform field sampling to guarantee that the most representative sample is obtained. Once collected PAI has one of our contract DEP Certified laboratories analyze your samples. Our team reviews the results to verify that they meet our standards and verify compliance with discharge limits.
Once we are sure that all the permit conditions are met we officially submit the data to the local POTW. If not we work with you to figure out the best strategy/corrective action.
Our team reviews and summarizes log data for submission to the POTW in addition to preparing pertinent required updates such as flow increases, waste stream character changes, and changes to your process/treatment.
Our team will use our current knowledge to help you get out of trouble quickly while minimizing costs. This includes implementing treatment changes to fix a discharge limit exceedance, adjusting treatment chemistry, and/or evaluating false positive analytical interferences.
Our team is comprised of Scientists, Engineers and Technicians who are all experienced in Wastewater Operations. We possess first hand knowledge on wastewater permitting and we interface daily with local and state regulators. The combination of our formal disciplines and our hands on wastewater operator experience allows you to get proven, not theoretical solutions.
Environmental issues are a headache for all industries, especially for small and medium sized companies who do not have time to deal with regulators or keep track of changing regulations. We can help you.
