The NEIWPCC is now offering a computer-based wastewater operator exam at select H&R Block locations. To accommodate this, Practical Applications is now offering Operator Exam Prep Courses and TCH Courses on a rolling schedule. Each schedule block will consist of 8 course days spread over 8 weeks. Each course day is 3 hours and will be held on Wednesdays from 8-11am at our training center in South Boston. Each course day costs $150.00.
The Wastewater Exam Prep Course session two begins on Wednesday, February 10 and continues for 8 weeks, and then starts over again at course day #1. There are classes still available for session one. See the schedule below.
We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low registration rates. Please try to register 2 weeks in advance for any class. Register for our classes after selecting from the choices below:
All PAI’s courses are approved by the Board of Certification of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators for Training Contact Hours. Our courses are run by industry leaders who have successfully prepared professionals for over ten years. Our chemistry professional, Mr. George Martins, has been with our company for over 20 sessions and has extensive industry specific knowledge. Current MA regulations require licensed Wastewater Treatment Operators to obtain 20 Training Contact Hours (TCHs) due at the end of each odd-numbered year. The old-format Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is no longer in use. 10 TCHs equal 1 CEU. More information can be found at the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission’s web site. |
