Home » pH Neutralization & Wastewater Treatment System Service & Maintenance
As a contract customer, you will enjoy a comprehensive array of services to keep your system running at peak performance while minimizing your maintenance budget. In addition to our periodic calibration/system inspections our contract customers can leverage our inventory to eliminate their need to maintain spare parts, consumables, and backup Operators.
All of our Technicians are licensed Massachusetts Wastewater Operators and have also been certified by our legendary in-house training program.

PAI will maintain consumable spare parts for your system (i.e. pH sensors). pH Sensors have a relatively short shelf life. If owners keep pH Sensors on the shelf for more than a year they may dehydrate and not work when you need them the most. Therefore, PAI maintains a rotating inventory of fresh pH sensors for rapid repairs.

PAI maintains a inventory of mixers, tanks, analyzers, reagent pumps, sump pumps, and control equipment to loan to contract customers when equipment fails. This allows the owner to continue to operate at near 100% capacity until the exact replacement part arrives. This also allows PAI to perform a temporary repair for almost any equipment failure within twenty four hours or less-even if it occurs on the weekend.

PAI maintains an inventory of sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid for emergency use for customers who unexpectedly run out of chemical. Our team can deliver chemicals to your system and, if needed, transfer the product so our contract customer can be back on-line immediately. Both sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide are mercury free grades.

PAI provides 24 hour/day on-call service for problems that might occur between regular operation and maintenance service. On-call service will be charged time and materials labor rates in accordance with the 2009 rates schedule. An overtime differential will be charged for work requested after 3:30 P.M. on weekdays and all weekends and legal holidays.

PAI has developed a science based flow meter calibration program to ensure that your are not overcharged for sewer use and prove that your equipment meets local and state maintenance regulations.
